Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return

You can initiate your return easily through our online portal. Please have your order number and email address ready. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Return Exceptions

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, accessories, and items marked as “Final Sale”. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and refund or exchange for you as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
